Alex is a registered osteopath, graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a masters degree (M.Ost) in 2016. He has always had a passion for the human body and became interested in osteopathy and manual therapy when experiencing it first hand after suffering with rugby injuries.

  "I enjoy taking patients through the problem solving process of long term rehabilitation, helping them to become self sufficient in their own care. My philosophy is to create an understanding of your own body whilst giving you the tools to implement new strategies and habits to maintain your recovery. Most issues/injuries are the result of cumulative negative stresses on the body, expressed when the "final straw" moment happens. I will attempt to address the cumulative stresses to prevent continual re-occurances of injuries that so many people suffer with."
