Karen performs soft tissue therapy and sports massage to help prevent injuries and aid recovery at Parker & Jones.

She has undertaken level 4 Sports Massage qualification, and is able to diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries. She also holds a qualification in the application of tape for sport and to support injuries/joints. Karen has also studied the first two years of the physiotherapy degree.
